General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment of Virginia's Pedicure & Wellness

1. To ensure that the administrative and financial aspects of your treatment proceed as smoothly as possible, you can find my general terms and conditions here. When you start treatment, a so-called 'treatment agreement' is established. From this treatment agreement arises the obligation to compensate your therapist for the services rendered. The following conditions unconditionally apply to all treatment agreements between patient and therapist unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. In the case of a follow-up appointment related to a previous agreement, these terms also apply. Spanish law governs all orders and agreements.
2. Billing occurs immediately after the treatment. You can pay the invoice in cash or by bank card at my salon.
3. The cost of treatment for patients under 16 years old is the responsibility of their legal guardian. Patients aged 16 or 17 are responsible for the costs themselves unless the legal guardian has confirmed in writing to cover the costs.
4. Appointments can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. I reserve the right to charge fees for missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
5. If you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to express it. I will try to work with you to find a solution. This can be done verbally or by email: info@virginias-pedicure-wellness.com.
6. I am not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings, nor for any other damage you may have suffered.
